| **** | Where pipes pass through walls and floor slabs, metal or plastic sleeves shall be provided. For sleeves installed in floor slabs, the top shall be 20 mm above the finished floor; for sleeves installed in bathrooms and kitchens, the top shall be 50 mm above the finished floor and the bottom shall be flush with the underside of the slab; for sleeves installed in walls, both ends shall be flush with the finished surfaces. The gap between the sleeve through the floor slab and the pipe shall be filled with flame-retardant dense material and waterproof mastic, with smooth end faces. The gap between the wall sleeve and the pipe should be filled with flame-retardant dense material, and the end faces shall be smooth. Pipe joints shall not be located within sleeves. |
