| In hotel buildings, kitchen oil-containing wastewater must undergo grease separation before being discharged into the municipal sewer network. The effective volume of the grease interceptor shall be calculated based on a retention time of not less than 15 min at the drainage flow rate, and the cleaning interval should not exceed 7 days.
