| **** | At completion acceptance, the following documents and records shall be checked:<br>1. Drawing review records, design change notices and as-built drawings;<br>2. Factory certificates of conformity and incoming inspection (test) reports for main materials, equipment and finished products;<br>3. Concealed works acceptance records;<br>4. Installation and inspection records for engineering equipment, ductwork systems and piping systems;<br>5. Piping test records (e.g., condensate water filling test, refrigerant piping airtightness test);<br>6. Equipment single-machine trial run records;<br>7. System joint trial run and commissioning records without production load;<br>8. Division (sub-division) works quality acceptance records;<br>9. Visual quality inspection records;<br>10. Verification records of safety and function inspection data. |
