| **** | **Flexible short duct**: A flexible short duct of 150–300 mm in length shall be installed at the connection between the fan and the air duct (e.g., hotel fresh air handling units and exhaust fans). The material shall be non-combustible or flame-retardant (e.g., silicone-titanium composite fabric), and it shall not be used for alignment or as a reducer. |
