| | Hotel buildings should be equipped with a building automation system (BAS) to monitor and control cooling/heating sources, air conditioning, ventilation, water supply and drainage, lighting, and other equipment. Among these, the lighting system should adopt intelligent control; illuminance in public areas (such as lobbies and corridors) should be automatically adjusted based on time or occupancy sensing, with an energy-saving rate of no less than 20%. |
