**Note**: The above provisions apply to the daily operation, maintenance and safety inspection of elevator machine rooms in hotel buildings, ensuring equipment safety, personnel safety and fire protection requirements. For specific parameters, the original text of GB 7588-2003 shall prevail; if a newer version (e.g., GB -2020) is available, the new standard shall take precedence.
