It is recommended to use an intelligent addressable bus alarm system (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell), with smoke detectors in guest rooms, smoke detectors plus manual call points in public areas, and heat detectors for kitchens and boiler rooms. Guest rooms shall be provided with addressable photoelectric smoke detectors.
