1. Acceptance of inspection lots and sub-item works
Construction quality acceptance is divided into four levels per GB 50300-2013: inspection lot, sub-item work, sub-division work, and unit work. Inspection lot acceptance is the smallest acceptance unit: divided by floor and construction section system, e.g., duct installation on floors 5-10 as one inspection lot; inspection content requires 100% pass for main control items and over 80% pass for general items; jointly accepted by the professional supervision engineer and the construction unit's quality inspector. Sub-item work acceptance: composed of several inspection lots, e.g., duct fabrication sub-item, duct installation sub-item, and air outlet installation sub-item forming the ventilation and air conditioning sub-division; document review requires complete inspection lot records and complete quality control documentation; organized for acceptance by the chief supervision engineer.
2. Key points of concealed works acceptance
Concealed works acceptance is the inspection of construction quality of concealed parts before covering. Key concealed works and acceptance points: rebar tying — specifications, spacing, cover thickness, lap length; fill in concealed works acceptance records and photograph for archiving; reserved embedded sleeves, embedded parts, and reserved openings — position, specifications, quantity; lightning protection grounding — down conductor welding quality, grounding electrode construction, equipotential bonding; conduit laying — conduit and cable tray routing, pipe slope, grounding bonding, insulation layer quality; waterproofing works — waterproof layer thickness, lap length, node treatment; pipe pressure testing — hydrostatic test records and test parameters before concealing. Concealed works acceptance requires the constructor's self-inspection to pass, submission to supervision for acceptance, photographic records, and signature confirmation before covering.
3. System commissioning and performance testing
System commissioning and performance testing are important stages before acceptance. HVAC system commissioning: air volume balance commissioning using anemometer and air flow hood, deviation of each air outlet air volume from design value less than or equal to 15%; water system hydraulic balance commissioning using ultrasonic flow meter, deviation of each branch flow less than or equal to 15%; temperature control system commissioning with PID parameter tuning, temperature control accuracy ±0.5℃; chiller group control commissioning with staging logic verification, linkage response time less than or equal to 30s. Electrical system commissioning: insulation resistance test greater than or equal to 0.5MΩ at 500V low voltage or greater than or equal to 1MΩ at 2500V high voltage; grounding resistance test less than or equal to 1Ω for combined grounding or less than or equal to 4Ω for protective grounding; leakage protection test 30mA with action time less than or equal to 0.1s; emergency power switching test with dual power supply switching time less than or equal to 0.5s and diesel generator startup less than or equal to 15s.
4. Completion acceptance and document archiving
Completion acceptance is the final quality confirmation before project delivery. Acceptance process: constructor self-inspection passes and submits application for completion pre-acceptance; supervision unit organizes pre-acceptance checking project entity quality plus document completeness; construction unit organizes formal completion acceptance with participation of the five responsible parties: construction, supervision, design, survey, and construction unit; government competent department supervision — quality supervision station supervises the acceptance procedures. Archived documents to be submitted for acceptance: commencement report plus construction permit; construction drawings plus as-built drawings including design change notices; material and equipment factory certificates plus test reports plus re-test reports; concealed works acceptance records plus inspection lot acceptance records plus sub-item and sub-division acceptance records; system commissioning reports plus performance testing reports; project quality warranty plus operation and maintenance instructions.
