Acceptance Standards and Quality Inspection for Extra-Low-Voltage Intelligent Systems

Low-voltage intelligent systems Updated 2026-04-25 0 views

Provide a detailed account of the acceptance standards and quality inspection requirements for extra low voltage intelligent building systems, covering the acceptance testing methods, pass/fail criteria, and a…

1. Acceptance Standard System and Acceptance Organization

The acceptance of weak-current intelligent systems is based on a multi-level standard system: national standards GB 50300-2013 "Unified Standard for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Engineering", GB 50303-2015 "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Electrical Installation in Building", GB 50339-2013 "Code for Acceptance of Quality of Intelligent Building Systems"; industry standards JGJ 16-2018, GA/T 367-2014. Acceptance organization: an acceptance team composed of the construction unit, supervision unit, design unit, and construction unit shall be established; for special systems such as fire protection and security, local authorities or third-party testing agencies shall be invited to participate.

2. Key Points for Acceptance of Generic Cabling System

Generic cabling acceptance is based on GB 50312-2016 and TIA-568-C.2 standards. Acceptance content includes: physical acceptance—verification of cable model, specification and quantity, route inspection, labeling inspection, and reserved length inspection; continuity testing—pair continuity, crossed wire sequence, short circuit and open circuit inspection; performance certification testing—using FLUKE DSX-8000/DSX-600 certification testers; fiber optic testing—OTDR test curves, light source power meter attenuation testing.

3. Acceptance Standards for Security and BAS Systems

Security system acceptance: video surveillance image definition greater than or equal to 700 TVL for analog or greater than or equal to 5 megapixels for digital, low illumination less than or equal to 0.01 Lux, video storage greater than or equal to 30 days, and playback images clearly identifiable; access control system card reading response time less than or equal to 0.5 s, anti-passback function normal, automatic unlocking upon fire protection linkage; intrusion alarm response time less than or equal to 2 s, false alarm rate less than or equal to 5%, and automatic video verification linkage after alarm.

4. Acceptance Documentation and Handover Requirements

Completion acceptance documentation shall include, in accordance with GB 50339-2013: as-built technical documents, as-built drawings, design change notices, equipment lists, cable routing drawings, and system architecture drawings; equipment documentation—product manuals, certificates of conformity, test reports, and third-party certification certificates; test reports—FLUKE certification test reports, OTDR curves, BAS point test records, and security function test records; operation and maintenance manuals—system operation instructions, maintenance procedures, and common fault handling; training materials—training plans, training records, and operation assessment records.
